The ZIP file version has been temporary removed, many peple thought
TECForM already was fully capable of running under NT,
it however was here only as an alpha release for NT, and further work
on a NT version has been discontinued as there is at this moment with
fool-proof unix clones widely available no valid excuse anymore for
porting any peice of server software to NT.
